We’re pleased to share that the Canada Post strike has come to an end. While we will resume shipping through Canada Post at a later date, we kindly ask customers who live in rural areas or have PO Boxes to continue providing alternative addresses for the time being. Please note that shipping times displayed on our site reflect those provided by our courier partners. Shipping

Shipping Information:

Jack59 ships globally and we value your time. We often ship orders the same day we receive them, if we are receiving a high volume of orders we will ship within 3 business days after an order has been placed (time may increase during holidays or promotions).

All orders receive automatic package tracking to the email provided at checkout. We are not responsible for duties/taxes/levies imposed by any other agency or government for international orders.

We can not be held responsible for missing packages where address information has been entered incorrectly during the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.

If an address can not be verified by Canada Post and is returned to Jack59, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs to reship the package.

Shipping timelines will be determined by the shipping option chosen at checkout but in general:

  • Within Alberta: 1-3 days
  • Canada: up to 7 days on average
  • USA: Approximately 8-10 days
  • International: Approximately 4-6 weeks

Shipping Rates and Carriers:

Shipping rates for orders within Canada, the US, and internationally are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Our shipping is provided by Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS, with the following terms:

Canada and USA Orders:

  • All orders are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor your shipment's progress.
  • Orders with a value up to CAD $100 are insured by default.
  • For orders exceeding CAD $100 in value, additional insurance and signature confirmation are required. Customers may waive this requirement but must accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the shipment. Route Package Protection is available as an option to insure orders over CAD $100.

International Orders:

  • All orders are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor your shipment's progress.
  • Similar to domestic orders, shipments valued up to CAD $100 are automatically insured.
  • For orders exceeding CAD $100 in value, additional insurance and signature confirmation are required. Customers may waive this requirement but must accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the shipment. Route Package Protection is available as an option to insure orders over CAD $100.

Route Package Protection:

Route Package Protection is automatically selected at checkout to provide comprehensive coverage for your parcels and items. If a customer opts out of Route, they need to contact their chosen courier to file a claim in case of loss or damage. If Route is selected, customers must contact Route to file a claim.

Pricing:

All pricing is listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Import Fees and Taxes:

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import fees, duties, and taxes. Customers are advised to contact their customs authority for more information.

Free Shipping:

While we understand the appeal of free shipping, it is not feasible for us to offer it at all times as a small business. We appreciate your support and understanding as we continue to grow.

Free shipping is currently available only for orders within Canada over $97 CAD. Your order will be shipped using the most cost-efficient method available, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

For Wholesale orders, free shipping is offered on orders over $1000 CAD. 

Specific Delivery Instructions:

If you have any specific delivery instructions or comments, please add a note to your order during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items in Shipping Process:

For damaged or lost packages, all claims must be made through the courier listed on your order receipt. If you have selected Route at checkout, claims should be made directly through their website (https://claims.route.com/).

Defective or Damaged Products (non-shipping related):

If you receive a defective or damaged product that was not caused during the shipment of your package, we will gladly replace any item that is defective or has been damaged. To initiate a return for a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at greathair@jack59.ca within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details of the issue and any supporting evidence (such as photographs).
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once we receive the defective or damaged product, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the item is indeed defective or damaged, we will promptly ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
